A Very British Coup

Chris Mullins’s novel A Very British Coup, and the TV adaptation of the same name, charted the attempts by the establishment to undermine Harry Perkins, an affable, honourable socialist who made it to 10 Downing Street, who would not abandon his politics and who could not be corrupted. Sound familiar?

Paul Mason, Hilary Wainwright & Ken Loach*, will discuss what a socialist Labour government will have to deal with from the establishment.  And what we, as activists, can do to prepare in advance.  Chris Mullin would like to have joined us, but he is unable to attend.
